Power 2 Her is led by Jaz, a passionate founder supported by a network of skilled practitioners from various partner organisations and community projects.
As a mother and survivor of domestic abuse, I’ve drawn from my personal journey and over 9 years of experience working with women and vulnerable young people to create a space that empowers women and girls to prioritise their well-being with achievable strategies, harnessing the power of mindfulness.
The mission is to make holistic self-care resources accessible to all women, focusing on connection (to self and others), creativity, and movement. These are vital tools for both preventing and recovering from crisis, and they are at the heart of everything we do at Power 2 Her.
Since launching Power 2 Her, we’ve partnered with local domestic abuse charities, featured in West Mercia Women’s Aid newsletter with our coping strategies and delivered workshops across Worcestershire for Worcester Community Trust. We have been on the ground assisting with research in Redditch and Bromsgrove working collaboratively with the Council, to improve local services and amplify the voices of survivors of domestic abuse from ethnic minority backgrounds.
At Power 2 Her, our programs are fully tailored to meet your unique needs. Whether you’re looking to reduce burnout for your employees or seeking a 1:1 strategy session to bring more joy and effectiveness into your daily life, we’re here to help you achieve your goals.
